At teleNetwork we serve a variety of client’s needs including customer care, technical support, help desk, billing care, in addition to many other roles. The majority of our employees are Level One and Level Two Technical Support Representatives (TSR) and Managed Services Representatives (MSR). There are also management positions at teleNetwork including Team Leaders, Trainers, and Mentors. Our philosophy is that life should be balanced with work and play. Our break rooms are equipped with video game consoles for you to enjoy on your break. We also sponsor employee events such as Spring BBQ's and after hours mixers. If you are scheduled to work during the holidays we treat our employees to lunches and dinners to bring a sense of holiday spirit to the workplace. teleNetwork is seeking qualified applicants to provide technical support assistance to businesses and consumers for Internet services, web hosting services, desktop support, and security related issues. Technicians must possess excellent customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships on every call. Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
